Terms and Conditions - Online Store MISSOM®


The online store MISSOM® presented in www.missom.com undertakes to comply with the terms of the Nº 1 of Article 6 of Decree-Law 143/2001, of April 26, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a period of 14 days to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reason.

Additionally, our online store is committed to comply with all current portuguese legislation on direct sales to distance and e-commerce, namely Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by Decree-Law No. 82/2008 of 20 May, Decree Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions that apply to this business.

If you want to exchange or return items you should contact the MISSOM® general email info@missom.com or you can head to our facilities in Porto, Portugal.

Whenever returning items, please make sure they are properly packed in original packaging. If the packaging is damaged and articles presents evident marks of use we can not exchange or accept the return value.

Products with Sale Online are properly identified by the price for each product. Products without price can only be sold on request through direct consultation for the email info@missom.com

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Selling products online can have a different price in stores distributors due to cost sand exclusive promotions of the website.

All items displayed on the website www.missom.com are subject to the availability of products in stock / warehouse. We reserve the right to cancel or change promotions (vouchers) without needing to perform any notice to users of the website.

There is the possibility to pay with PayPal account, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

The order only becomes active after being validated by MISSOM® issuing an email where each order online is discriminated, including product pricing and transportation costs. The same will also email all the information needed to perform bank transfer if necessary.

After the user send to MISSOM® the proof of payment (only in the case of Bank Transfer), the order will follow to your destination.


The value of Transport Costs will always be displayed in the Online Sale duly identified. The MISSOM® uses the following services for sending parcels:

Shipping Methods for Domestic Customers

a) Registered Mail Service CTT: the form is used to send an acknowledgment of receipt to 2kg (*), with the delivery time being 5 business days for mainland Portugal, Madeira 7 days and 10 days to the Azores.

*Important note: all shipments equal to or below 2kg are sent by registered mail, order weighing over 2kg are sent by another service CTT appropriate, according to the rules imposed by the post office in Portugal.

Shipping Methods for International Customers

c) Order International (Europe - including countries inside and outside the EU)

It is a service freight CTT - Post of Portugal, which uses primarily to air worldwide, with delivery to the EU between 5-10 business days - (important note: this service has no service charges).

d) International Order (America and Rest of the World - includes countries such as Brazil, USA, Canada, Argentina, Mexico, and others)

It is a service freight CTT - Post of Portugal, which uses primarily to air worldwide, with delivery to countries in the Americas and Rest of World in 10 to 15 days approximately, depending on the country in question - (important note: this service has no service charges).


If MISSOM® can not fulfill your order due to lack of items in stock, you will be promptly informed of this fact and also will receive information on which the delivery schedule. We will also try to present you alternatives that may choose instead of the article originally ordered if necessary.


All orders are shipped in packaging MISSOM® or CTT (box or padded envelope).

6 - VAT

All items displayed in this store are priced including VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Each user can view the total cost of the order confirmation email that receives the Order Online in your email address or in the account details on the website.
